Cellist and improviser Anıl Eraslan continues his work on various musical projects between Berlin, Strasbourg, and Istanbul. Creating across a wide spectrum ranging from traditional music to jazz and experimental music, the artist continues his creative journey by collaborating with numerous ensembles and musicians from around the world. 

 

As a director, he completed his first feature-length documentary film, Sound Dreams of Istanbul, in 2025, which focuses on Istanbul's free improvisation scene. The documentary has been featured in numerous national and international film and music festival programs.
